The Firewise Student Club exists to cultivate student leadership in wildfire education and mitigation while supporting Firewise principles on campus and in the community. We envision a future where students serve as informed advocates for wildfire safety, strengthening community resilience through education, service, and collaboration.

FNSU participate in a variety of cultural activities and help plan Native events on COCC campuses. Events include the annual Salmon Bake, Indigenous People's Day and Native American Heritage month.
