Funded Grants
In 2024, COCC received over $7.5 million in new grant funds, supported 38 projects and managed 72 active grants. Awards ranged from $3,000 to $2.2 million, with 33 different organizations and agencies representing private, local, state and federal sources. Funded projects reflect the depth and diversity of COCC offerings — from launching an Automotive program in Warm Springs and Pre-Apprenticeship program in Manufacturing, to developing youth cybersecurity camps and a bachelor's degree in Nursing. Grant funds helped students from across the district — 10,000 square miles in size — to achieve their academic and career goals, with funding affecting all four campuses: Bend, Redmond, Prineville and Madras.
